FREE SHIPPING for all orders over  50 KD that ship within the State of Kuwait. All orders below 50KD will be charged a flat rate 3 KD per delivery.

At My BabyZ Crib W.L.L. we are committed to serving our guests with the highest quality of infant products, service and value. We are constantly striving to improve your experience and would love to hear your suggestions on how we can better meet your needs. Shipping Info

My BabyZ Crib online offers delivery within the State of Kuwait via ground shipping within 72 hours, we also offer rush delivery within 24 hours for a rate of KD 5. Please specify any special delivery instructions at checkout in the "add a note to your order..." section or e-mail customercare@mybabyzcrib.com. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses and so Standard should be selected for these types of addresses.

All in stock items are normally shipped out by the next day after your order is received, but we specify 3 days of processing time to allow for busy periods. Please allow an appropriate amount of time for delivery after shipping based upon the method you select.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

COD is only available in the State of Kuwait, and may not be available for certain over-sized items.

Return Policy

My Babyz Crib Online is committed to making sure our guests are completely satisfied with their purchase. We have a simple return policy to make your shopping experience convenient and comfortable. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 3 days of your order date with your original packing slip.

We are not able to accept blind returns. Please contact customer care department before mailing your returns by e-mailing customercare@mybabyzcrib.com. Below are our guidelines for all returns:

  1. My Babyz Crib Online can only accept returns of merchandise purchased from our website. Products purchased at another retail outlet will not be accepted.
  2. All unused, unopened merchandise in original packaging returned within 3 days of receipt with a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be credited 100% of purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees and we will not reimburse for original shipping.
  3. Any product with a quality defect or incorrect merchandise can be returned for a full refund. Please contact us within 2 days or receipt of your order to resolve the issue.
  4. All closeout or seasonal merchandise is final sale and is not returnable.
  5. All returns made outside of the 3 days policy without authorization may be charged up to a 25% restocking fee. It is the discretion of our returns department.
  6. Items returned that are washed, worn, torn, dirty or outside the original packaging will be up to the discretion of our returns department. We may not be able to process an exchange or refund for returned goods or guest may be charged up to a 50% restocking fee.
  7. books, CDs, cassettes, CD–ROMs and DVDs – including anything that is sold as part of the same pack, for example books or albums. In addition, we cannot refund or replace items that are not in their original condition and packaging. Lastly, we cannot refund or replace items that were sealed and require their hygienic levels be intact from the manufacturer.

In your return, please make sure to include a copy of your packing slip. If you do not have a copy of your packing slip, please include the order number or a legible telephone number and/or email address at which we can reach you in case we have any additional questions.

Please make sure you have your tracking number available before calling or checking on the status of your return. All returns are processed within 3 days of arrival at our facilities.

 My Babyz Crib Online reserves the right to refuse any returns upon final review if all above guidelines have not been met.
